Grindrod Learnership

Sturrock Grindrod Maritime is offering a 12 month fully paid Learnership in Generic Management NQF 5. The successful incumbent will be based in Cape Town and will join the Finance department as a finance administrator for 12 months.

Sturrock Grindrod Maritime offers agency, procurement and product supply across a wide spectrum of marine activities, with an extensive geographic spread and calling upon more than a century of experience in providing ship owners, operators and charterers with first class products and services.

Due consideration will be given to the company’s equity targets and BEE targets.

Job Specification

This qualification will be offered through Grindrod and TETA. Successful applicants will be required to sign a contract for the period of learning. Classroom training will take place on the company’s premises as well as practical on the job training within a freight and logistics environment.

Requirements

Matric with Mathematics and English
Prior studies in finance and or prior working experience in finance.
