Packer Vacancies at Polyoak Packaging

Polyoak Packaging is looking to fill a number of Packer Vacancies for their Pinetown Operation. This is a six month contract position. They seeks unemployed individuals who hold a Matric and are energetic.

Polyoak Packaging is one of the leading rigid plastic packaging suppliers in Southern Africa. It specialises in the manufacture and design of thermoformed, blow-, injection- and compression- moulded plastic packaging for the dairy, beverage, foods and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

Ensure that products are packed efficiently and correctly
Ensure that each carton is correctly labeled
Ensure minimum damages to product whilst packing
Complete relevant product labels
Ensure that a good quality product is being produced. Check all products as specified
Immediately report non-conformances Continuously monitor machine and mould performance and take appropriate action when necessary.
Ensuring compliance with the ISO 22000 quality system
Ensure proper housekeeping
Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety procedures
Report all injuries on duty to your superior
Maintaining high hygiene standards.


Requirements

Male Candidates (Due to Nature of Work)
Matric Certificate ( Not Negotiable)
South African Citizen
Fluent English
Must be Available Immediately and willing to work shifts
No previous work experience required.
