Job DetailsAssist in the maintenance & repairs of overall warehouse & assets
Identify & inform Management of any problems when conducting maintenance duties
Ensure excellent standard of cleanliness, safety, hygiene & house keeping
Repairs, general maintenance, safety issue
s & fire protection
Ensure all maintenance requests are completed successfully within time limits
Ensure parking areas & operational floor in a safe & presentable condition for visitors, supplies & staff
Monitor & control the garden area
Good administrative skills
Control the issuing of all maintenance equipment & tools
Control of maintenance assets & equipment
Liaise with cleaners to maintain high levels of cleanliness within he building
Candidate Requirements
Matriculated
A technical qualification is advantageous
Valid driver’s license
A minimum of 3-4 years in maintenance environment
Forklift license would be preferential
Sound knowledge of plumbing, woodwork & welding
Good interpersonal skills & ability to communicate at all levels
Deadline driven & a high sense of urgency
Good planning, organizing & controlling skills
High energy levels & enthusiasm for the function
