These opportunities have become available at Continental Tyre through MERSETA for unemployed youth.
Continental Tyre in accordance with its policy statement on EE, confirms its commitment to comply with the spirit and and requirements of the EE Act. Preference will given to suitably qualified applicants who are members of the designated groups in line with EE Plan and Targets of the company.

Learnership Programme
A learnership is a structured learning process for gaining theoritical knowledge and practical skills in the workplace leading to a qualicification registed on the NQF.
Skills Programme
A skills programme consists of a unit of standards or groups of unit standards that is large enough for the outcome to allow for the learner to become an employee. Skills programmes does not result in a qualification upon completion but will lead to a learnership qualification.
Succesful candidates will not get a salary but will receive a stipend.
