Minimum requirements:
• Minimum of Grade 12
• Post-basic Pharmacist’s Assistant Certificate
• Registered with the Pharmacy Council
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• English proficiency
• Willingness to work flexi times and over weekends
Advantageous: Proficiency in Sesotho
Roles and responsibilities:
• Report to the Unit Manager and the Pharmacist
• Maintain quality Pharmaceutical service
• Dispense patient prescriptions
• Provide and process extra stock when required from the shaft during weekends
• Receive stock over weekends
• Manage chronic parcels when required
• Pack shelves and check for expiring dates on stock
• Take stock as required quarterly
• Stock management and cost effectiveness
• Populate monthly and quarterly report
