American swiss - Sample Clerk vacancies

A position has become available for a motivated and organized Sample Clerk with a strong service orientation to join the Jewellery Division.

Your responsibilities, amongst others, will include:

· Receiving, capturing, ticketing and distributing sample merchandise accurately and timeously
· Checking, preparing and packaging samples correctly before being returned to suppliers or stores
· Ensuring that all customer requests are resolved timeously
· Ensuring that all role players are constantly kept informed of progress of requests
· Managing and taking accountability for the role of stock as well as safety and security related to samples
· Effectively processing all aspects of admin and data regarding samples
· Facilitating clear communication between the DC, QC, suppliers and stores

Matric Qualification
To be highly accurate and attentive to detail
To be comfortable with and to possess a strong numerical ability
2 – 3 years retail experience
