Capitec bank - Intranet Administrator vacancy


Purpose of the Role 

• Assist Authors and Content Owners with drafting new and updated formal documents (Policies, manuals, procedures, templates, forms and other) aligned with C-Net Services requirements
• Assist with aspects required to promote user adoption within the bank of C-Net (the Bank's intranet)

Qualifications 

•National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational)
•A relevant B degree, i.e. Journalism or BA (Languages), would be an added advantage

Experience 

• Previous secretarial experience in a corporate / policies and procedures environment would
be an advantage
• Previous experience within a process mapping environment would be ideal


Knowledge and skills 

•Computer literacy
• Intermediate MS Word, Outlook and Internet
• Advanced Excel (i.e. pivot tables) and report reading
• Experience in SharePoint would be an added advantage
• Interpersonal skills
• Ability to professionally communicate/interact with internal & external clients on all
organisational levels
•Information integration skills
• Telephone skills
• Typing skills
• Planning, organising and coordination skills (multi-tasking)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Proactive and self-motivated

Additional Requirements 

• Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license would be an added advantage
• Clear criminal and credit record
