Requirements
Prior experience in a private hospital will be an advantage.
Knowledge and application of telephone etiquette principles.
Ability to take messages comprehensively and deliver to the relevant person.
Follow-up on management action list when required.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Maintains respectful work relationships and interpersonal effectiveness.
Ensure that the reception area is kept neat and tidy at all times.
Good accuracy and attention to detail.
The ability to plan and organise to ensure that work is completed in an efficient manner.
Maintains a customer-focused mindset that acknowledges the value of the customer.
Exhibits full responsibility for own work outputs.
Key Outputs
Deal with confidential HR and Board Information.
Compile and distribute board Packs.
Visitors are welcomed and assisted/escorted to appropriate individuals according to company procedure.
Demonstrates technical proficiency in areas of work-unit responsibility.
Display solid knowledge of relevant computer software packages including MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Displays meticulous attention to detail.
