Dis-Chem Pharmacies Head Office in Midrand has an opportunity available for an Office Administrator. Minimum requirement for this position include a Matric certification and previous Administration experience.

Grade 12 / Matric
2 years Relevant Administration Experience
Prior medical product knowledge
Computer Skills – Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Responsibilities:

Assist with general office administration where needed.
Maintain existing filing system.
Ensure accurate data capturing.
Make use of copier/scanner for admin purposes.
Report any inconsistencies or discrepancies as they appear.
Build and maintain effective and supporting relationships with stakeholders.
Ensure all customer queries, complaints and concerns are handled and resolved in the best manner possible.
Contact businesses or individuals, describing products or services, and obtaining customer information and leads.
Process customer orders, verify transactions, prepare correspondence and solve problems.
Ensure customer deliveries are delivered in a timely manner.
Maintain inventory of office supplies.
Perform general administrative duties in a healthcare facility.
Ensure office is stocked with the necessary supplies at all times.

Special conditions of employment:

Needs to work under pressure and reach tight deadlines
South African or valid work permit
