Sasol - Admin Clerk vacancy


Purpose of the Job: 

*To support operations department with administrative tasks.

Job Description/Job Specification:


*Accountable for completion of Warehouse report on weekly basis
*Control receipt of raw materials
*Update and control plant task observation (PTO), Planned Inspection and site induction
*Updating of contractors pack as per mine requirements
*Updating of site register
*Updating of Site Supervisor logbook
*Submitting of Contractor hours and weekend permit applications
*Arrange induction and medical examination for employees
*Organizing identification cards and pit licenses
*Record keeping of stock levels
*Assisting Site Supervisor with general administrative work
*Loading of purchase requisitions
*Liaise with buyers, suppliers, end users and demand coordinator.
*Ordering of raw materials

Qualifications and expertise required:

*Grade 12 / N3
*Must be computer literate (MS Office )

*Being a team player
*A good interpersonal skills
*Adhere to Safety rules and procedure
*A good sense of customer relations
