Job Advert 

A opportunity for a Travel Coordinator has become available at our Support Center in Kuilsriver, Western Cape.

We are looking for a resilient and efficient individual, with a high energy level and a compelling sense of urgency, to accurately and timeously book all required Operations team travel and to ensure that reservations are made within company guidelines.

Qualifications 

- A Grade 12 Certificate/Matric
- A Tourism certificate/diploma or equivalent would be advantageous

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

- Knowledge of TraveIT
- Proficiency in the latest Microsoft packages Excel and Outlook

Experience

- Previous experience in a travel reservations environment


Skills required:

- Customer service
- Planning, organising and monitoring
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Accuracy in execution, attention to detail and reliability in meeting set deadlines and work with sense of urgency.
- Networking
The ability to:
- Multi task
- To work under pressure and met tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities 

1. The booking of all Operations travel needs.
- Benchmark quotes and book travel accordingly
- Travel Itineraries

2. Expense reconciliations between actual and reservations.

3. Provision of travel register information (system)
