Contracts Administrator - Capitec Bank


Purpose of the Role 

To do end to end administration of the contract process for all Capitec Bank’s contracts, including the contract review process and sign-off process, which involves proactive liaising with the Legal Department and relevant Contract Owners
To ensure that the relevant Capitec Bank policies are adhered in to the contract management process.

Qualifications 

• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational)
• A relevant tertiary qualification (Paralegal certification or similar)

Experience 

•3 years’ experience in a legal environment with a focus on process management and legal document administration will be preferred
•Basic knowledge of below is required:
•Document administration
•Application of policies and procedures
•Report writing


Knowledge and skills 

• Communication skills (verbal and written) in English
• Computer literacy (MS Office package)
• Very good attention to detail (accuracy)
• Analytical thinking
• Document management skills
• Ability to create practical solutions
• Negotiation and facilitation skills
• Co-ordination skills (can co-ordinate feedback from multiple departments)
• Self-starter (can set own goals and drive the delivery)
• Tenacity / Perseverance
• Feedback and reporting skills
• Interpersonal and relationship management skills (establish and maintain effective working relationships)

Additional Requirements 

• Clear criminal & credit record
