Job Specification...
Answering and screening of inbound and route calls to the appropriate department.
Meet and greet clients and visitors.
Accompany visitors to the correct departments.
Notify appropriate parties of visitors reporting to reception.
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Ensure that reception area is clean and presentable at all times.
