Key performance areas would include, but are not limited to:

Ensure that stock received corresponds with STO and process the receipt on SAP
Responsible for all aspects relating to stock control e.g. correct stacking, rotation, replenishment as well as stock takes.
Maintain a high level of customer service and efficient handling of queries
Ensure that collect orders are placed and picked accurately and timeously
Ensure effective management of staff
Effectively liaise with the Warehouse, Customer Deliveries Departments, CSC, Credit Control departments and Sales Department
Manage the Stock Transport Order process in SAP
Ensure process compliance by all relevant Stakeholders
General departmental administrative duties e.g. ICC’s
Maintain a high level of displays in TradeXpress

The successful candidate must have the following experience / skills:

Grade 12 / Matric
A related tertiary qualification would be an advantage
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
Detailed SAP knowledge
At least two years working experience in a similar environment
Experience as a team leader would be an advantage
Knowledge of the supply chain within Distell
Knowledge and exposure to retail office environment
Knowledge and exposure to the stocktake procedure
Knowledge and exposure to the Quality Management System (ISO & ICC)
Must have own transport

Accountabilities:

Execute Cash & Related Transactions
Throughout each day, balance, control and manage the cash float by checking the amount of cash at the teller station and requesting the restocking or repatriation of cash when prescribed cash limits are reached.
Customer Service

KEY PURPOSE

To ensure the cleanliness of prescribed work areas as directed by the Supervising Officer, using the prescribed methods and frequencies in line with the requirements of the cleaning specification.
Key Duties & Responsibilities 

KEY OUTPUTS

• Emptying and cleaning of waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points.
• Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops.
• Mopping floors with wet or damp mops.
• Suction cleaning carpeted areas and “spot” cleaning carpets.
• Using electrically powered scrubbing and polishing machines to burnish, scrub, polish and spray clean floors (after receiving proper instruction and training).
• Using electrically powered pick up machines.
• Working at heights may include using high level equipment.
• To dust, damp wipe, wash or polish furniture, ledges, windowsills, external surfaces of cupboards, shelves and fitments.
• To replenish consumable items (soap, toilet rolls, paper towels) as directed or in line with standard operating procedures.
• To clean toilets, urinals, hand basins, sinks, baths, showers and drinking fountains.
