Capitec - Admin Assistant vacancy


Purpose of the Role 

To provide general recruitment administrative and office support to the Recruitment and Selection Consultants based at Stellenbosch Techno Park Campus. Ideally the canidate will have have proven knowledge of HR practices and procedures.

Qualifications 

• National senior certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational)
• Certificate in Office Administration or Human Resource field is preferred

Experience 

• 2-3 years proven administration support experience in a related environment
• 2-3 years’ experience in administrative support to multiple stakeholders is preferred

• Office systems and procedures
• Planning, organising and prioritising skills
• Effective time management skills
• Flexible and adaptable
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Pro-active approach
• Computer literacy (MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Internet/Outlook)
• Communication skills (verbal and written) in English
• Interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Ability to identify and solve problems
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the Company
• Client services orientation
• Ability to work in a team and independently without direct supervision
• Ability to cope well under pressure and deliver to strict and multiple deadlines
• Ability to work in an open plan environment
• Strict confidentiality
