Sasol - Warehouse Administrator vacancy

Purpose of Job /Role Intent:

• Ensure that documentation relevant to delivered and warehoused materials / commodities are complete, accurately numbered and filed for future reference and retrieval.
• Validate source documents for material movements and perform the relevant SAP transactions accordingly.
• Retrieve documents for and provides assistance during internal and external audits.
• Resolve queries relating to stock movements and and perform stock deviation analysis through transactional and source document history.
• Compliant archiving of documentation according to set policies
• Requisitioning for and co-ordination of warehouse related input materials / consumables."

Minimum Qualifications and Experience required:

Grade 12
At least 3 years’ relevant experience
SAP IM/WM/EWM experience
Microsoft Office experience will be an advantage
Siemens WMS experience (advantageous)
Willingness to work shifts

Key accountabilities:

Validation of all source documents relating to material movements through the receiving, put-away, picking, despatch and stock count processes.
Transactional posting of material movements on the relevant ERP System.
Timeous and accurate filing and retrieval of documents for SOX, internal, external audit testing and forensic investigation.
Query resolution and stock deviation resolution .
Documents must be accurately and compliantly archived according to period set out in the archiving policy.
